Who we are and what we do

Teakwood Powder create unusual craft items from imaginative in house patterns or items can be made on commission for you from photographs or even detailed scale drawings.

The final creation will be modeled by an experienced craftsman in teakwood powder with an eye for important detail and with a feel for the medium in which he works. A little artistic licence may creep in if permitted to give the piece the character indicated in the commissioning of the piece.

Whether it be to show the playful, serious, humorous or fantasy side of the subject.

Subjects can be virtually anything capable of being modelled, including, pets, birds, wild animals, historic figures, mythical creatures, even cartoon characters.

The commission will depend on scale i.e. full size, half size, 1/10 th etc. A quote will be given on request. Once a commission is accepted a deposit will be required.

Items are made using teak wood and teakwood powder.
